APPOINTMENT CANCELATION POLICY

GOAL: To provide quality care in a timely manner.  In order to do so, this appointment  cancelation policy has been implemented.

  • Appointments are in demand and your early cancellations will give another person the opportunity to have access to timely care.
  • This policy enables me to better utilize available appointments for clients.
  • A valid credit card/debit card is required for payment.  If booking over the phone this holds your appointment time slot. (note, online booking not available at this time please text or call to schedule an appointment).
  • At the end or your session your card on file will be charged. (note: cash payment accepted with paper receipt given)
  • If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged the cancelation fee which 1/2 of the full session price. 

THIS IS MANDATORY

I do understand that sometimes circumstances are beyond our control and you may need to miss your appointment.  So please, if you need to cancel or reschedule do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.  However, if you do not cancel within 24 hours or are more than 15 min late for your appointment, you will be considered as "no show" and you will be charged 1/2 of the price of the original appointment fee.

If you are less than 15 min late, your appoint will start when you arrive but will NOT extend.  Your session will end on time as scheduled and you will be charged full session fee. There are no roll-over minutes.
